以江苏北部地区作为研究对象,基于该地区(邳州市和宿迁市)发展产业集群的内在需求和实际效益出发,系统分析了产业集群作为江苏北部地区发展的可行性和重要性;江苏北部地区的产业集群发展需要依托本地资源和劳动力、外来技术和资金等要素,实施产业集群培育、优化、统筹、重组等发展战略有利于地区经济快速发展。

Based on the study in northern Jiangsu,Suqian City and Pizhou City are the region internal demand.The development of industrial clusters efficiency,Industry cluster analysis of the feasibility of developing the northern region as Jiangsu and importance.Research shows that the development of industrial clusters in northern Jiangsu relying on local resources and labor needs,external factors such as capital and technology,foster the implementation of industrial clusters、optimization、 co-re-development strategy.
