城市土地集约利用评价的设计与实现——以福州市为例

Evaluation on urban land intensive use and its realization——A case study of fuzhou city

从城市土地集约利用的目标入手,总结了城市土地集约利用的基本内涵,分析了当前土地集约利用的必要性;构建城市土地集约利用评价指标体系,并综合评价福州市土地集约利用状况,得出福州目前土地为中度集约利用的结论;提出建议和对策。

The paper describes the purpose of the urban land intensive use.Then summarize the idea about the urban land intensive use had ever discussed.On this foundation,the author analyzed the necessity of intensive using urban land.Therefore,the author set up evaluation index system of urban land intensive use.Then take Fuzhou as the example,and give evaluation conclusion about the urban land intensive use,and gain the conclusion that Fuzhou urban land is middle of intensive use.Finally,there are some idea and countermeasure which are beneficial to Fuzhou urban land intensive use have been put forward.
