长兴岛临港工业区建设水资源综合利用循环系统的设想

An assumption of establishing a system of circulation and integrated utilization in coastal industrial park of Changxingdao

目前对于北方海岛经济开发建设水资源不足的问题,一般均是采用区外调水的方法来解决;提出开发海冰水、海水;建立以地表水、地下水、海冰水、海水、中水综合利用为内容的循环利用系统设想,其对水资源开发利用提供了新的途径。

Nowadays importing fresh water from outside into local areas is a kind of common method to be used to deal with the big problem of lack of water in the vast majority of islands around northern sea area of China.This paper suggests that water from sea ice and sea can be exploited,meanwhile an assumption which has been brewing is about set up a system of circulation via integrately employing surface water,groundwater,water of sea ice,sea water and reclaimed water etc.,which may provide a new way to the exploitation of water resource.
