摘要 随着现代人对健康与长寿愿望越来越强烈地追求,更多的人选择了锻炼身体的形式。锻炼身体不能必然带来健康,只是获得健康的一种手段,也是健康生活的一个方面。拥有健康是指身体、精神和社会的完好状态,更多地强调的是一种社会适应能力。锻炼身体给人带来的是良好的身体状况,是较佳体适能,是一种获得健康的物质基础。只有在适量运动的同时合理安排膳食,消除生活的陋习,学会自我完善,才能真正获取健康真谛并始终保持与健康的最佳距离。 Nowadays, the strong desire for health and longevity is increasing gradually,so more and more people choose physical activity to get what they want. Physical activity can not necessarily bring us health, because it is just used as a means to get health and as a measurement for healthy life. Health refers to a well-state of physical,mental and social condition,and the most important aspect is the social adaptability. The Physical activity gives us a good physical condition and better physical titness and what's more, health is a material basis ot lite. If you want to get real health and keep the reasonable distance with it, you could do regular Physical exercise,have reasonable arrangements for meals ,eliminate bad living habits and learn to improve yourself.
