摘要
通过对变电站综合自动化系统应用现状的研究,指出常用的RS422/RS485接口总线和现场总线存在实时性、可靠性、兼容性差等问题.同时,指出在应用中二次系统频繁出现误报警、误动作等现象,需通过硬件和软件的方法实施各种抗干扰措施.针对不同的电压等级要求建立新的防误操作系统,加强设备状态检修管理,尽快建立适应综合自动化变电站运行管理的新规程.
The research into the application of integrated automation system of transformer substations indicates that functions of real time, reliability and compatibility in the widely used RS422/RS485 mouth general line and present general line were found unsatisfactory. Besides, this paper argues thai frequent mistakes of false alarming and misoperation, in practice, in a quadratic system can be avoided by dint of implementation of anti-jamming measures of both hardware and software. To meet this demand, this paper proposes: establishment of new systems of mlstake-avoiding operation according to different voltage levels; strengthening of examining and repairing of equipment: laying down new criterion for integrated automation system of transformer substations as soon as possible.
