摘要
以本实验室筛选的黑曲霉为实验菌株,采用液体发酵方法,对其所产β-葡萄糖苷酶培养基进行了研究。结果表明在250 mL三角瓶装25mL培养基、接种种龄为1d的种子培养液2.5 mL、32℃培养5 d的培养条件下,其液体发酵较适产酶培养基为(W/V):纤维素粉4%、硝酸钾3%、聚乙二醇0.1%、初始pH为6.5,这将为β-葡萄糖苷酶液体发酵的工业化生产和应用提供参考价值。
The production technology of β - glucosidase by liquid fermentation was studied with Aspergillus niger screened by the lab. Its optimal composition of culture medium for enzyme secretion by liquid - state fermentation was cellulose powder 4%, KNO3 3% , PEG 0.1%, and initial pH 6.5 when the cultivating condition was 25mL medium in 250mL flask, inoculating 2.5mL of 1 day of seed liquid, incubation temperature 32 ℃, fermentation for 5 days. This paper provides some theoretical bases for the industrial production and application of β - glucosidase.
