摘要 齿面修形是提高齿轮副啮合性能的重要手段.为了提高啮合传动特性,对斜齿轮采用沿齿廓方向抛物线修形的齿面结构.结果表明,修形的斜齿轮传动啮合特性明显改善,接触路径沿两齿面齿长方向分布,恰当选择修形因数,可有效避免边缘接触;在存在轴夹角误差的条件下,几何传动误差为不连续直线段,因而振动和噪声不可避免;啮合区域对安装误差不敏感,在未对准安装的条件下,啮合印痕向轮齿两端仅有较小的偏移. The modification of gear is a principal method for improving performance of meshing. In order to improve the meshing of helical gear sets, the approach of application of profile crowning of helical pinion and gear is proposed in the paper. The results show the meshing of a modified helical gear drive is developed implicitly. The contact path on the flanks of tooth is distributed in the longitudinal direction, which can avoid the edge of contact. The transmission error is also a non-continous line in the misalignment so that vibration and noises exit. There is a small offset to the tip and toe of helical gear tooth ,the meshing area is non-sensitive to the alignment error.
