摘要 针对多项目进度管理问题,综合应用关键链和进度控制的方法,保证了多项目计划在不确定环境下的稳定运行.首先确定了多项目的"瓶颈"段的瓶颈缓冲,进而确定对后续项目的影响,通过缓冲检测图、进度计划图等手段进行进度的适时控制,以便采取相应的措施.该方法应用于工程进度管理的实例中,为工程决策与管理者全面而准确地掌握项目进度、保证项目如期完工,以及对后续项目进行合理地预测提供依据. A model is developed based on critical chain and scheduling control for the problems of multi -project scheduling management to enhance the stability of multi-project schedule under uncertain environment. This paper brings up the "bottle neck" firstly, and decides whether it influences follow-up items, then controls the schedule in time by the drawing of buffer-control and scheduling plan. This method is applied to the engineering scheduling management by an example, and consequently a good basis is provided for the project decision-maker and manager to make a reasonable engineering plan with correct control of the project schedule and then to guarantee the completion of the project. The future research directions of the critical chain technique are also discussed.
