摘要
土地整理是实现耕地总量动态平衡和土地集约利用的战略保障,土地平整是土地整理的重要组成部分,而土方调配则是压缩土地平整工程费用开支的重要措施.表上作业法是解决土方调配问题的传统方法,在土地平整中应用广泛,然而有着步骤多、操作复杂、计算量大的缺点.土方调配借助线性规划模型和Microsoft Excel软件的规划求解功能来实现,快速、准确,且操作简单,在挖、填区较多的大工程中优势明显.
Land consolidation is the strategic safeguard to realize dynamic equilibrium of total cultivated land and intensive utilization of land resources. Land leveling is the main part of land consolidation, and earth ad- aptation is a key measure, which is used to reduce the expense in land consolidation project. List- operation is a traditional method to solve earth adaptation problem which is used widely in land consolidation. However, it has some defaults such as more steps , difficulty operation and large computation. Earth adaptation can be realized depending on the model of linear program and function of solving linear program in Microsoft Excel software, which will make the work fast, accurate and easy, especially in large project with much spot needed to dig and fill.
