摘要
分析了误差补偿技术和超声振动切削技术的特点，设计出能同时实现误差补偿和振动切削的执行机构，将振动切削技术引入误差补偿系统中，以提高加工表面质量和精度。
Technique charactersistics of error compensation and ultrasonic vibrationcutting (UVC) are analysed.Execution mechanism for error compensation and vibration cuttinghas been designed. UVC is used to error compensation system to improve quality and precision ofmachining surface.
