摘要
目的探究提高心血管机能测量效度的方法,探索有效测量学生心血管机能的方案。方法分析实验法和台阶指数法的关联性。结果台阶试验和1000m跑、12min跑成绩之间无显著性相关,1000m跑和12min跑呈中等程度相关。在体质测量中,台阶试验和1000m跑不可相互替代,现行的心血管测评方法存在效度问题,1000m跑和12min跑具有一定的互替性。结论建议将《学生体质测量标准》中的心血管机能测量方案进行修改,用台阶试验和12min跑(或1000m跑)的成绩来综合评价男性学生的心血管机能。
Objective To Study the method to improving measure validity of eardiovaseular funetion,and to find out the scheme which can measure students' cardiovascula function effectively. Methods The correlation was analyzed between experiment method and step exponent method. Results There was no correlations between slep lest,1 000 meters running and 12 minutes running. 1000 meters running was related to 12 minutes running in middle level. In body constitution measure, 1000 reelers running could substitute for 12 minutes running, but step test and 1 000 meters running could not subslitule for each olher. The actual cardiovascular measureuent had some problems of validity. Conclusion It suggests that cardiovacula funetion measurement in Students' Physical Heahh Slandard should be amended. Step lest and 1 000 meters running should be used to evatuale the male students'cardiovaseula function.
