摘要
研究了油酸改性纳米ZrO2对紫外光固化涂料性能的影响。实验结果表明:在油性体系中,随着改性纳米ZrO2添加量的增加,固化时间延长;添加质量比为2%的改性ZrO2粉体时,涂层附着效果最好;添加8%改性ZrO2时,涂膜硬度提高了两个等级,耐磨性比未添加ZrO2粉体时提高了1倍。
The effects of modified nano-zirconia on UV-cured paint were studied. The results indicated: that curing time was prolonged with the increasing of dosage of oleic acid modified ZrO2 ; the performance of adhesion was best when oleic acid modified ZrOz was added 2% when added 8% oleic acid modified ZrO2, hardness was heightened 2 degree and the abradability was doubled. Few reports have been seen that about the application of nano ZrO2 in the UV cured paint, the research laid a good foundation for application of UV organic- inorganic paint
