摘要
讨论了Al2O3砂轮磨削耐热合金时磨削比低、表面质量差的原因。分析了影响树脂结合剂CBN砂轮磨削性能的关键因素。提出用断续式砂轮合并采用镀膜CBN磨料和耐热增强树脂粉进行磨削的耐热合金低温磨削技术,该技术可充分发挥树脂结合剂和CBN的性能,从而获得满意的综合磨制效果.
The causes resulting in a bad surface integrity and low grinding ratio during grinding superalloys by using Al2O3 wheels have been discussed. Key factors influencing the performance of resinoid bonded CBN wheels have been analysed. An idea of cold grinding of superalloys has been proposed by using intermittent wheel structure, film coated CBN abrasives and reinforced resin with good heat-resistance. By this, the properties of CBN abrasives and resin bond may be brought into a full play and a satisfactory comprehensive grinding effects may be achieved.
