摘要 为了得到无团聚的球形荧光粉颗粒以提高其物理和光学性能,以尿素为前驱体溶液中的添加剂,合成了等离子显示用(Y,Gd)BO3:Eu红色荧光粉。在喷雾热解过程中,通过前驱体溶液的性质来控制颗粒形貌,改善荧光粉的光学性能。获得的结果表明,前驱体溶液中加入尿素成分,能够影响颗粒形成过程、改善颗粒表面状态,从而可以促使最终产物具有良好的形貌和优异的发光强度。 The spherical phosphor of (Y, Gd)BO2:Eu was prepared by urea-modified spray pyrolysis for plasma display panel application. This synthetic route was adopted to enhance physical and optical properties of spherical phosphors. In particular, the phosphors synthesized with urea showed quite different morphology and luminous efficiency compared with those without urea. It was certain that precursor solution with the urea had a good effect on particle formation mechanism and status of particles surface. The result was demonstrated that the red emission intensity of the spherical (Y,Gd) BO3:Eu phosphors showed remarkable improvement by using the urea-assisted route.
