摘要
P-选择素(CD62P,颗粒膜蛋白140)与血小板内皮细胞黏附分子1(PECAM-1,CD31)是细胞黏附分子家族的重要成员,P-选择素促进血小板的黏附、聚集,血小板源内皮细胞黏附分子1抑制血小板的黏附、聚集,二者在缺血性脑损伤发生发、展过程中起着重要作用,P-选择素、血小板源内皮细胞黏附分子1的研究对急性脑梗死的治疗提供了新的方向。
P-selection and PECAM-1 are important members of cell adhesion molecule family. P-selection accelerates the adhesion and aggregation of the platelet while PECAM-1 refrains adhesion and aggregation of the platelet. Both of them play an important role in the genesis and development of ischemic cerebrovaseular disease. The researches about P-selection and PECAM-1 will provide a new direction for the therapy of ischemic cerebrovascular disease.
