摘要 血管钙化在终末期肾病患者很常见,其过程与骨形成相似,是有组织的主动调节过程,涉及许多促进和抑制钙化因素。其中骨形成蛋白在血管钙化中扮演着重要的角色。骨形成蛋白2和骨形成蛋白7与血管钙化的可能相关作用是目前研究最多的。 Vascular calcification is a common feature in end stage renal disease, its process is similar to that of bone formation and is an organized initiative adjusting process., revolving many inhibitive and inducing factors. Bone morpbogenetic proteins(BMPs) play an important role in Vascular calcification. The possible correlation of vascular calcification with BMP-2 and BMP-7 is attracting the most attention at present.
