摘要
心肌细胞钾通道决定心肌静息电位、心率、动作电位的形状和时程并且是各种神经递质、激素、药物和毒素作用的重要靶点,调节心肌的功能。心肌细胞钾离子通道有很多种,各种钾离子通道的分子结构、电导值、门控动力学特性、离子动力学特性、通道的特异性激动剂及阻滞剂各不相同,在动作电位的形成中起到各自的作用。本文对近年来心肌钾离子通道的研究现状进行回顾总结。
Cardiac K^+ channels determine the resting membrane protential, the heart rate, the shape and the duration of the action potential and are important targets fer the actions of neurotransmitters,hormones, drugs and toxins known to modulate cardiac function. There are many types of cardiac potassium channels, which are different in molecular structure, electric conductance, gated dynamics, ion dynamics, specific agonists and blockers. Different cardiac potassium channels play different roles in the action potential duration. This article was concentrated on the study of cardiac potassium channels in recent years.
