摘要 骨髓间充质干细胞具有自我更新、分化、增殖的和多向分化的潜能。在体内、体外通过各种物理、化学因素可将其诱导分化为心肌细胞。以此来替代坏死的心肌细胞,改善心脏功能,防治各种缺血性心脏病,减少心肌重构等,具有广阔的临床应用前景。 The mesenchymal stem cells has potency of self-reneual, proliferation and multi-directional differentiation which can be induced into myocardium by many physical and chemical factors in vivo or in vitro. Diferentiated stem cell can replace the necrotic myocardium, promote the heart function,prevent and cure all kinds of ischemic heart disease, reduce the cardiac remodeling and then has wide application future.
