摘要 各种心脏疾病发生后,因为心肌细胞增殖能力极低,坏死心肌有纤维组织替代,最终导致心力衰竭。细胞移植或基因治疗是指通过某种方式,使具有高度复制和高度分化能力的细胞群体或基因到达病变的心肌,在适宜的条件下,再生出新的心肌和血管,改善心肌血液供应和心功能。细胞移植合并基因治疗可能是此领域的革命性进展。尽管机制不详且仍有许多问题尚待解决,但仍然是一种很有前景的治疗手段。 The necrotic myocardium after various kinds of heart diseases often is replaced by fibrous tissue because of its the very low regenerative potentiality, which will then result in heart failure. Mesenehymal stem cells transplantation or Gene therapy refers to the methods, which can convey cells with high replication and differentiation and genes to damaged myoeardium,and then regenerate the new myocardium and vessels to promote myocardial blood supply and heart function under feasible condition. Combined gene and stem cell transplantation may be the revoletion in this field. Although the mechanism is not very clear and many questions is suspending, it still is a therapeutic method with good persoectives.
