摘要
程序性细胞死亡因子4(PDCD4)基因是首先在细胞凋亡中因一种表达特异的蛋白质而鉴别出来的一种新的抑癌基因。近年来,在PDCD4基因对程序性细胞死亡的影响,以及对转化和蛋白质翻译的抑制作用的相互关系等方面进行了大量研究。研究显示,PDCD4基因在肿瘤治疗中作为一种分子治疗靶向的可能性。现对PDCD4基因的表达、结构、功能予以综述。
Programmed cell death factor 4(PDCD4 ) gene is a new anti-oncogene, which is firstly identified as a specific protein expressed in ceil apeptosis. Quantity of studies of PDCD4 have been carried out about its effect on programmed cell death and correlationship with inhibition for transformation and protein translation in recently year. These studies indicated a potential value of PDCD4 as a molecular target in cancer therapy. This article summarizes the expression, structure and function of PDCD4 gene.
