摘要
HBV在多种因素影响下发生基因变异,以实现自身生存的目的。乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)基因变异对慢性乙型肝炎患者病情发展、严重程度以及对抗病毒治疗效果都有一定的影响。随着聚合酶链反应及其扩增产物直接测序等分子生物学技术的应用和发展,使人们能够从分子水平认识病毒及其变异,包括HBV不同基因区段变异的频率和类型。本文就HBV基因变异、临床意义及其检测方法的最新研究进展做一综述。
To survive in varied environments, gene variation of Hepatitis B virus (HBV) occurs. HBV gene mutations play an important role in progression of disease, severity and anti-virus therapy in chronic hepatitis B patients. With the development and application of molecular biological technology including polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and amplification products direct sequencing, people recognize the virus and their mutations at molecular level, which contains the incidence and type of different variation of gene encoding domains in HBV genome. This paper reviewed the recent research progress in HBV gene variation and its clinical significances, as well as the detection methods.
