突发性耳聋的临床研究进展

突发性耳聋是耳鼻喉科常见急症,近年发病有增加趋势。其病因复杂,治疗方案甚多,尚未统一,对该病的早期诊治,有望改善预后。近年来许多学者对该病的病因、发病机制、治疗途径进行了深入系统的研究,笔者在此做一综述。

Sudden deafness is a frequent emergency in departement in ear nose throat, the incidence of which has been increasing in recent years. Due to complicated etiopathogenisis, many treatment prescriptions were applied in but there are not to unifed methods today. Obviously, early diagnosis and treatmentit is good to improve prognosis. In the past few years,many scholars make thorough and systematical research in cause of the disease and pathogenesis. This article summarized etiopathogenisis, pathogenesis and therapeutic of this disease.
