摘要
[目的]研究射干提取物对浓氨水引起小鼠咳嗽次数及咳嗽潜伏期的影响、对小鼠腹腔注射酚红后引起气管酚红排泌量的影响。[方法]将小鼠放入加有浓氨水的诱咳引喘仪内,雾化5sec,观察记录小鼠的咳嗽潜伏期和2min内咳嗽次数,小鼠腹腔注射5%酚红溶液,测定30min后小鼠气管酚红的排泌量。[结果]射干提取物0.46g(提取物)/kg、0.92g(提取物)/kg、1.84g(提取物)/kg剂量能明显延长氨水引起的小鼠咳嗽潜伏期、降低2min内小鼠咳嗽次数,明显增加小鼠气管酚红排泌量,与空白对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05,P<0.01,P<0.001)。[结论]射干提取物具有止咳祛痰作用。
[ Objective ] To study the antitussive and expectorant effects of Belamcanda extract, recording the cough time and delitescence in the mice cough model induced by ammonia, the phenol red capaci- ty by stimulating mousetrachea with intraperitoneal injection phenol red liquor. [ Method] The mice were placed in the apparatus of abduction cough and solicitation full of ammonia, the ammonia atomizated five minutes, then we recorded delitescence and cough time during two minutes ;The mice were intraperitoneal injected 5% phenol red liquor, noting the phenol red capacity by stimulating mousetrachea after thirty minutes. [ Result ] the 0.46 (extract) g/kg.0.92 ( extract ) g/kg. 1.84 ( extract ) g/kg clear depressed delitescence in the mice cough model induced by ammonia, reduced cough time during two minutes, increased the phenol red capacity for mouse'trachea, there is marked difference between experimental group and contral group( P 〈 0.05,P 〈 0. 01,P 〈0. 001 ). [Conclusion] The antitussive and expectorant effect of Belamcanda extract was obvious.
