摘要
通过对引进型600MW汽轮发电机组在启停过程中转子热应力的分析,得知机组在启动过程中,轴系的外表面承受的应力特性。综合经济性和安全性两方面考虑,机组在冷态启动时,转子最佳温升率为1.8℃/min;而在热态启动时,转子的温升率为2.0℃/min最合理;停机时,采用滑参数停机最佳,同时,转子的温度下降速率应小于0.8℃/min。
By means of the analysis of the thermal stresses of the rotator during startup and shutdown for a 600MW steam turbo generator unit, we can know that its surface of the shaft is suffered the stress properties. When thought from economics and safety, the optimal temperature-increasing-rate of the rotor is 1.8℃ per minute when the generator start-up at cool state, and the optimal temperature-increasing-rate of the rotor is 2.0℃ per minute when the generator start-up at hot state. When shut down the unit, it's optimal for slipping-parameter, and the optimal temperature-decreasing-rate of the rotor is 0.8℃ per minute.
