汽轮发电机组油系统清洁度的控制研究

Research on Oil System Cleanness Control of Turbine-generator Unit

汽轮发电机组油系统的清洁度、油压的稳定对机组的安全、长期稳定运行影响很大。以江苏徐塘2×300MW机组扩建工程案例,提出为提高油循环质量,保证油系统的清洁度和油压的稳定性而需要在油循环过程中采取的各种措施,以确保机组冲动投运过程中的安全性。同时提出为确保快速而有效的油循环冲洗效果,在油循环冲洗前,即在油管道安装过程中,就应采取的各项措施。

The cleanliness and table oil pressure of oil system have great influences on the safe and reliable operation of turbine-generator unit. Based on Xutang Power Plant in Jiangsu province, the necessary measures to be taken in oil .circulation process are put forward to improve the oil circulation quality, assure the oil cleanliness and stable oil pressure of oil system and ensure the safety of the unit during rolling and putting into operation. Meanwhile, measures to be taken before oil circulation flushing, i.e. during installation of oil piping, are put forward to ensure rapid and effective flushing effects.
