大学校园文化是大学生人文素质教育的载体。高校要把教育改革与建设理想的校园文化有机地结合起来,寓大学生人文素质教育于校园文化之中。本文重点探讨了对大学生进行人文素质教育的有效途径,即充分发挥校园文化的教育导向功能、开发与创造功能、娱乐调节功能和激励凝聚功能等。

Campus culture in universities is a source to foster humanities in college students. It is reasonable for colleges and universities to foster students＇ humanities through campus culture exploitation which combine the reform of education and ideal campus culture cultivation. Effective ways to foster humanities in college students are explored in the paper. They are： to make full use of the function of campus culture in orienting education, exploration and innovation, amusement and adjustment, inspiration and consolidation, etc.
