高校工业设计专业师资问题的研究与对策

Study on problem of industrial designing teaching staff in China and its solution

伴随我国高等教育的改革,工业设计这一新专业在高校中迅速地发展起来,在许多美术院校、工科院校,以及各类综合大学,都开办了工业设计专业。随着招生的不断扩大,师资不足的问题已成为影响教学质量的关键问题。本文对目前高校中工业设计专业师资队伍的结构进行了分析和研究,并针对问题提出了有效的改进措施,以弥补现阶段师资不足的问题,确保教学质量。

With the reform of Chinese higher education, industrial design as a new major develops fast in universities. It is set up in many art schools, polytechnic institutes as well as different kinds of universities. Coupled with the increased number of students, lack of teaching staff has become an outstanding problem which influenced the teaching quality. In order to solve the problem, by studying and analyzing the made-up of the industrial design teaching staff, the authors of this thesis find out some effective measures for improvement of teaching quality.
