CEACAM1与CD105在子宫内膜癌中的表达及意义 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨癌胚抗原相关细胞黏附分子1(CEA-related cell adhesion molecularl,CEACAM1)在子宫内膜癌中的表达和意义及其与CD105(Endoglin)在子宫内膜癌组织中表达的关系。方法采用Elivision plus免疫组化二步法,检测52例子宫内膜癌及22例正常子宫内膜组织中CEACAM1、CD105的表达情况。结果CEACAM1在子宫内膜癌组织与正常子宫内膜组织间的表达差异有显著性(P<0.05),在正常子宫内膜中的表达率比在子宫内膜癌的表达率高,并且随着子宫内膜癌恶性程度的增加表达率减少(P<0.05);CD105在子宫内膜癌中的表达较正常子宫内膜高,并且与子宫内膜癌的手术病理分期和淋巴结转移密切相关。但两者之间无明显相关性。结论CEACAM1是一种肿瘤抑制基因,它的表达减少可能引起子宫内膜癌的发生、发展;CD105是一种新生血管标记物,其标记的肿瘤内微血管计数(MVD)对评估子宫内膜癌恶性程度有重要意义。
