顺应现代教育理念创建新的传染病学教学模式 被引量:2

摘要 目的为顺应现代教育观念,笔者在公共卫生学院2004级预防医学专业(5年制)传染病学教学中进行新的传染病学教学模式实践探索。方法以课程结构改革为研究主体,以传染性疾病的症状为主线,以病例和问题为中心组织教学内容,从教学思想、课程结构、教学环节、教学手段等多方面进行改革。结果学生完全能掌握教学大纲要求的内容,理论考试成绩好于上届,试验组平均成绩77.65±9.28,对照组69.60±8.84,差异显著。97.6%学生对这次教学改革持满意态度,95.2%学生认为通过这次学习能掌握大纲要求的内容,95.2%学生认为新的教学模式有助于提高临床思维能力,89.5%学生认为新的教学模式有助于加深知识印象,89.4%学生认为新教学模式值得推广。结论新的传染病学教学模式初步实践探索取得了较好的效果。 Objective To create new teaching model of lemology based on modem educational concepts. Methods A new teaching model of lemology was performed in undergraduates of grade 2004 in School of Public Health in Tongji Medical College. Curricular construction reform was the emphasis of the study, clinical symptoms of infectious disease were reformed as main line, and teaching contents were based on cases and problems. The reform included teaching thought, curricular construction, teaching method, teaching process and teaching content. Results The students mastered the contents required by teaching outline and their performance was better than that of the previous students. 97.6% of students affirmed the new teaching model of lemology. Conclusion Our study suggests that new teaching mode of lemology performs well.
