非勺型血压和靶器官损害 被引量:17

摘要 人体血压在24h内具有双蜂一谷的昼夜节律,白天血压处于较高的水平,而夜间处于较低的水平。反常的血压波动模式有3种:深勺型,夜间血压下降超过20%,非勺型,夜间血压下降小于10%,反勺型夜间血压升高。本文就非勺型血压和靶器官损害的研究现状作一概述。
