摘要 基于随机过程和可靠性理论,对整车产品可靠性试验数据的处理及评价指标进行了分析,阐述了利用随机过程模型解决复杂可修复系统寿命分析的方法和整车产品故障分布规律的模型识别。通过实例分析,得出某中型载货汽车首次故障里程和故障间隔里程都属于威布尔分布,给出了可靠性函数表达式和相关评价指标值。 Based on the theories of random process and reliability engineering, the treatment procedure of test data and the evaluation indices of reliability for vehicle products were analyzed. A method of model identification for failure distributions law of entire vehicle was proposed subsequently. In addition, how to determine the life-span of complex repairable system by using random process model was also introduced. Through analyzing a set of test data :for a medium truck, it draws a conclusion that both the first failure mileage and the failure interval mileage are subjected to Weibull distribution. Finally, the expressions of reliability function and the evaluation values of reliability indices for this medium truck are listed.
