高校图书馆学科馆员管理模式研究

本文针对高校图书馆学科馆员制度的日益活跃,提出了利用现代管理理念和模式,采取定性和定量相结合的方式对学科馆员的准入、定位、职责、绩效考核进行管理,促进了学科馆员制度的完善和发展。

The management idea and pattern are put forward in this paper according to the subject librarian system being active. The combination method of qualitative and quantitative analysis was adopted to manage subject librarian＇s permission, orientation, responsibility and achievements assessment, so as to promote the perfection and improvement of subject librarian.
