摘要
造成我国公共信息资源管理低效的原因很多,本文试图从经济学的角度分析造成公共信息资源管理低效的原因,旨在为提高公共信息资源管理的效率提供建议与帮助。
There, are many reasons lead to inefficiency in the domain of public information resources management in China. The paper tries to find out these masons from the view of economics, which aim to propose some advices for improving the effieicney of management of public information resources.
