分析了目前数字图书馆的发展对多媒体数据挖掘提出的需求,提出了一种适合多媒体数据挖掘的系统框架,一般结构和挖掘过程;描述了各种媒体可用于挖掘的技术;讨论了多媒体数据挖掘技术今后发展可能遇到的问题和面临的问题。

This paper analyzes the demands on multimedia data mining from digital library, and puts forward a system framework as well as its structure and process that are applicable in multimedia data mining. It states some technologies in data mining and some problems during the process.
