摘要
本文跟随社会的不断发展,对现代图书馆的服务现状与发展方向从10个方面进行了阐述与分析,并对现代图书馆服务流程及服务质量做了相应的评价。
According to the social increasing development, the author discusses and analyzes the status of modem library service and developnent trend from ten aspects in this paper, corresponding analysis and assessing are rnade aim for the service process and service quality of modem library.
