氯胺酮对新生大鼠海马神经元NMDA受体表达的影响

摘要 氯胺酮是临床常用的麻醉药,具有镇痛效果好,对呼吸和循环功能抑制较轻等优点,尤其在小儿麻醉中应用广泛。氯胺酮作为N-甲基-D-天冬氨酸(NMDA)受体非竞争性拮抗剂,可阻断神经递质谷氨酸和NMDA受体的结合,使谷氨酸不能发挥作用,从而产生麻醉作用。NMDA受体包括NR1和NR2两个亚单位,NR2亚单位又可分为NR2A、NR2B、NR2C和NR2D4种类型。NMDA受体在中枢神经系统分布广泛,尤其在大脑皮层和海马,与认知功能有关。氯胺酮可导致新生大鼠认知功能障碍。本研究通过评价氯胺酮对新生大鼠海马神经元NMDA受体亚单位表达的影响,探讨其导致认知功能障碍的机制。
