摘要 目的探讨64排螺旋CT血管成像技术在冠脉支架植入术后随访中的应用价值。方法18例支架植入术后患者,术后3—20个月接受64排螺旋CT检查,多层螺旋CT增强扫描结合回顾性心电门控技术。患者同时接受选择性冠状动脉造影。结果64排螺旋CT血管成像的检查结果显示,18例患者接受植入的28个支架中,22个支架通畅,3个支架完全闭塞,与选择性冠状动脉造影结果相一致;另外3个支架因为伪影的影响不能被评价。结论64排螺旋CT是评价支架通畅与否的一项新的很有价值的无创方法。 Objective To investigate the value of 64-slice spiral computed tomography angiography to evaluating coronary stent restenosis and patency. Methods 18 patients achieved 64-slice spiral CT coronary angiography and selective coronary angiography after 3-20 months being coronary stent implantated. Retrospectively electrocardiographically-gated and multi-slice spiral computed tomography were employed. Results In 18 patients, 22 of 28 coronary stents were patent. 3 of 28 coronary stents were correctly classified as occluded. The results were similar to that of selective coronary angiography. Another 3 of 28 coronary steats can not be evaluated due to insufficient image quality because of triggering artifacts. Conclusion 64-slice spira CT angioraphy is a new noninvasive method in evaluating coronary steat patency.
