摘要
以装备EGR系统的增压直喷柴油机为研究对象,分别研究了燃烧室型式、喷油器喷孔直径和喷孔数量、喷油器喷孔夹角、喷油器启喷压力、喷油泵嘴端最高压力和喷油泵供油提前角对NOx和微粒排放的影响,以及不同EGR率对柴油机NOx以及微粒排放的影响。针对结构参数调整后的柴油机进行了台架试验,结果表明,在保持HC、CO排放基本不变的情况下,该柴油机的NOx排放下降了21%。
The effects of combustion chamber type,injector nozzle hole diameter,nozzle hole numbers,njector nozzle hole angle,injector starting pressure,nozzle maximum pressure and advance angle of injection pump on NOx and particle emission,and the effects of EGR rates on NOx and particle emission for the diesel engine have been researched respectively" based on supercharged direct-injected diesel engine equipped with EGR system.The tests show that NOx emission of the diesel engine has been reduced by 21% with no change of HC and CO emissions.
