摘要
针对重型汽车少片变截面钢板弹簧材料存在的问题,研制了少片簧用新材料50CrMnVA钢。介绍了50CrMnVA钢的试制过程及其性能,并对其进行了组织结构与强韧化机理分析。分析表明,该材料具有高强度、高塑性和优良的工艺性,可满足少片簧材料的各项性能要求。台架试验表明,50CrMnVA钢制少片簧的台架疲劳寿命是技术标准要求的数倍,最高达70万次以上;道路试验表明,50CrMnVA钢制少片簧可满足重型汽车使用要求。
Aiming at the present problem of parabolic tapered-leaf spring in heavy duty vehicle,a new parabolic tapered-leaf spring material 50CrMnVA steel is developed.And introduce the steel's trial-production process and performance,and analyze its organization structure and strong toughness mechanism.The analysis shows that the material has high strength,high mold nature and good technologic performance, and it can satisfy the kinds of demand of parabolic tapered-leaf spring nlaterial.Test bench shows the parabolic tapered-leaf spring of 50CrMnVA's test bench fatigue life is some times of technique standard demand,and can achieve 700,000 test times.road test shows the parabolic tapered-leaf spring of 50CrMnVA can satisty the use request of heavy duty vehicle.
