摘要
概述了铸造过程中中间合金组织遗传性的概念及其研究的发展过程,分析了中间合金组织遗传性对变质效果和最终铸件性能的影响,总结了中间合金组织遗传效应所需的物理条件。指出通过优选原材料、优化熔体处理工艺、研究开发新工艺等可以控制和利用中间合金的组织遗传效应,从而提高铸造铝合金的性能。此外,还指出了该领域发展的新方向。
The conception and the research processing of the microstructural heredity of the AI master alloy during casting have been summarized with analysis of the effect of the microstructural heredity of the master alloy on the modifying degree and the performance of the final casting and sum-up of the necessary physical conditions of the effect of the microstructural heredity which could be controlled and utilized by selecting the optimum raw material,optimizing the processing technology of the melt,or researching and developing new technology to improve the performance of the casting AI alloy.In addition,the new developing direction in this research area has been pointed out.
