摘要
通过对铸态球铁角型轴承箱大量取样分析,找出产生石墨漂浮的原因及适合的C、Si含量范围值。在其它条件正常,熔炼温度偏低(1370~1400℃)情况下,采用降低新生铁配比、减少二次浮硅孕育加入量,可明显地减少石墨漂浮;铁液在规定时间内浇完,也可减少石墨漂浮的产生。
The reason that graphite floating happens and the range value of suitable C.Si content have been found by analyzing a large number of samples of the cast Ductile Iron Angular bearing box,In terms of lower melting temperature 1370℃-- 1400 ℃ (other conditions were normal), graphite floating could be reduced obviously by decreasing both the ratio of new iron and the amount of addition of floating silicon used for second inoculation,Finish of pouring by rated time could also reduce such.
