本次年会暨专题研讨会以我国企业持续成长为主题。与会代表就企业持续成长战略、环境及机制等问题进行了深入的理论探讨,指出了我国当前企业成长中面临的问题,通过案例的实证分析为实践探索提供了借鉴。

The Second （2007） Annual Conference of Chinese Academy of Management＇ s main theme is ＂the reform and innovation of management under the context of globalization＂ . It studies and exploits management theory and techniques under the context of globalization and how the enterprises can improve the management modernization level and enhance international competitiveness through the reform and innovation of management. The paper mainly reviews keynote speeches on the challenge that management is facing, the construction of management academic system and management schools, the research and development of service industry, the importance and direction of corporate governance, etc.
