摘要
把质量标准与抽样方案联系起来,是现代抽样理论的一个特点。该文结合优化理论,建立了具有辨别能力的抽样检验优化模型,不但可直观地为生产方和用户商提供抽样方案的质量标准,同时还可避免繁琐地求解非线性超越方程组。实例分析表明,在相同生产方风险和使用方风险条件下,合格质量水平和不合格质量水平越小、值越接近,所对应的抽样方案辨别能力越好,合格标准越严,同时也验证了模型的正确性。
Quality standard is a basic problem in sampling inspection. To address this problem, this paper proposes an optimization method. Compared with conventional sampling inspection method, this method not only can provide reference standard for producer venture consumer, but also can avoid computing complex non-linearity equation. A special sampling inspection case is presented through computer simulation; the result shows that the optimization method of sampling inspection is feasible, and demonstrates that under the same condition of producer venture and consumer venture, the interval between acceptance quality level and non-acceptance quality level is less, and sampling inspection project' quality is better.
