废中医论者废的是民主科学精神

To Disuse Chinese Medicine Is to Disuse the Spirit of Democracy and Science

废中医论者,废不掉中医;国粹主义,倒可能葬送中医。废论者,尽管以科学道士自居,且自诩为自由派人士,但他们所表现出来的,却是悖逆民主精神的霸权意识。少数废论者,无论怎样自壮声威,也无碍中医存续,但他们在科学旗号下对科学精神的践踏或废弃,却可能使中国医学科学丧失发展契机,永远受制于他人。把"废医验药"说成"中医科学化、现代化",当然也是自欺欺人——中医给"废"了,还怎么"化"呢?

Those who contend the disuse of the Chinese medicine cannot disuse it but those who only see the merits of the Chinese medicine may ruin it. The former pose themselves as the protectors of science and liberalists,but they expose awareness of hegemony,which goes against the spirit of democracy. Those who maintain the idea of disuse cannot hinder the development of the Chinese medicine,no matter how powerful they seem to be; however,they trample and disuse the spirit of science under the banner of science,and may make the Chinese medicine lose its opportunity for further development,thus permanently subject to other branches of disciplines. Besides,it is deception and self-deception to say that the disuse of the Chinese medicine is actually to modernize it and elevate it to scientific standard.
