基于行业边界模糊的价值网分析模式--与价值链模式的比较

The Analysis Mode of Value Network on the Basis of the Blur of Industrial Borderlines:A Comparison with the Value Chain Mode

产业融合是20世纪90年代以来最重大的企业环境变化,是企业对行业边界模糊的反应和结果。这种变化将对企业的行为及其决策产生巨大影响,同时也对过去建立在行业边界固化基础上的价值链等分析范式产生冲击。该文基于对波特提出的价值链分析模式局限性的探讨,提出了基于行业边界模糊的分析模式。在对这两种分析模式的背景、经济解释比较的同时,以电信运营商为主体的价值网作为分析例证来支持作者的观点。

Since the 1990s,the industrial convergence has been the most significant environment changes,which is the enterprise's response to the blur of industrial borderlines.This change will make a huge impact on enterprise's behavior,decision-making and also on traditional analysis paradigms,like value chain based on the solidification of industrial boundary.Based on discussion of the limitation of Poter's value chain analysis mode,this paper brings forward value network analysis mode on the basis of blur of industrial borderlines.Comparing the background and the economics explanation of the two analysis modes,it also takes value network with telecom operators being the subject,as exemplification to support the point.
