摘要
采用清洁准备工段技术片段集成,如保毛脱毛、低灰低硫、无氨脱灰、少盐浸酸等作为黄牛皮汽车革制造过程。多种有机鞣剂进行复合结合鞣,保证较高的收缩温度和物理力学性。工艺中对无Cr鞣产品其他品质和加工要求也进行了考虑。根据试验工艺获得的黄牛皮汽车革产品经检测,抗张强度为23.8 MPa;撕裂强度为97.8 N/mm;收缩温度为97.4℃。
Adopting integration of the clean producing segment-technics, unhairing in solid state, liming in low-lime and low-sulfide, deliming without ammonium salt, soaking in low-salt etc, produces cattle car-leather in beamhouse. Complex combining tannage of manifold organic tanning agents is used to obtain higher shrinkage temperature and higher mechanics properties. Some other qualities and operations are taken into account in this process of nonchrome tanning leather. As a result of measurement of the cattle car-leather made by this trial process, tensile strength is 23.8MPa, tearing strength is 97.8 N/mm, shrinkage temperature is 97.4 ℃.
