摘要
对大块非晶合金的切削力动态信号进行小波分析获得信号的能量分布特征。分析结果表明:脆性断裂是Zr41.2Ti13.8Cu12.5Ni10.0Be22.5大块非晶合金的主要切削变形机制,随着切削深度的增加,信号能量分布趋于低频段。
By wavelet analysis, the cutting force signals of the bulk amorphous alloy was disposed to get it signal characterizations. Results of the signal analysis show : brittle the cutting force signals of the bulk amorphous alloy was apparently.
