给出搓齿刀的定义,介绍花键冷搓工艺,并在实际制造搓齿刀具的基础上,总结出了渐开线花键搓齿刀的设计原则及制造工艺,分析影响搓齿花键精度的主要因素,介绍渐开线花键搓齿刀的精度指标,搓齿刀修磨。
Spline rack is defined, cold wiling process for spline manufacture is introduced, the rule of design of involute spline rack is presented, and a manufacture process of the spline rack is given. All above are based on the success of the development research on a series of various involute spline rack. the mainly influences of involute spline is analyzed, the precision standard of spline rack is presented, regrinding for spline rack.
