摘要
以Zn(acac)2.H2O为单源前驱体,采用水热法在140℃条件下制备了ZnO纳米棒,并用XRD、SEM、TEM等测试手段对其进行了表征。利用紫外—可见分光光度计测试了其光吸收性能,发现ZnO纳米棒对200-400 nm波长范围的光有很强的吸收性,在可见光范围内,也有较强的吸收。以ZnO纳米棒为光催化剂对有机染料酸性红4B进行了光催化降解实验,并研究了光源、污水浓度对ZnO纳米棒光催化氧化效果的影响。研究结果表明,在日光照射180 min后,对酸性红4B的降解率接近100%。
Using Zn (acac)2·H2O as single-source precursors, ZnO nanorods were prepared at 140℃ by hydrothermal method. The products were characterized by XRD, SEM and TEM. The UV absorbing properties were detected by the UV spectrophotometer. The results showed that ZnO nanorods have a exceedingly strong absorption at 200-400nm wavelength and also a relatively strong absorption at visible region. Photodegradation of the acid red 4B dye in aqueous solution was investigated by using ZnO nanorods as photocatalyst. The effects of the light source and the waster water concentration on the photocatalytic efficiency of ZnO nanorods were studied. The results showed that after 180 minutes solar illumination, the degradation rate of the acid red 4B dye was close to 100%.
