正交试验优选泌尿宁颗粒提取工艺

Optimization of the Extracting Technology for Miniaoning Granule by Orthogonal Experiment

目的:优选泌尿宁颗粒提取工艺。方法:采用正交试验法,以小檗碱、槲皮素、五味子甲素、欧前胡素含量为指标,优选提取工艺。结果:最佳提取工艺为白芷和五味子加8倍量70%乙醇,加热回流提取2次,每次1.5h;黄柏加12倍量水煎煮2次,每次1.5h;其它6味药加10倍量水煎煮3次,每次2h。结论:该提取工艺条件稳定、可行。

OBJECTIVE： To optimize the extracting technology of Miniaoning granule.METHODS： The extracting technology for Miniaoning granule was optimized by orthogonal design with the contents of Berberine, Quercetin, Deoxyschizandrin and Imperatorin as indexes. RESULTS： The optimum extraction conditions were as follows： Extracting Fructus schisandrae chinensis and Radix angelicae dahuricae twice（1.5 h/time） by hot reflux with 8 times amount of 70% alcohol; extracting Cortex phellodendri chinensis twice （1.5 h/time） by water decoction with 12 times amount of water, and extracting the other six kinds of herbs 3 times （2 h/time） by water decoction with 10 times amount of water. CONCLUSION： This optimized extracting technology of Miniaoning granule is stable and feasible
